Staff

We understand the vital role you play in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our students. To assist you in this important endeavor, we have compiled a range of mental health resources specifically designed for students. These resources can be accessed through our Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub, which is easily accessible on our school website. Within the hub, you will find a variety of tools, articles, and videos that cover topics such as stress management, emotional regulation, building resilience, and promoting positive mental health. Additionally, we have included information on how to identify signs of distress in students and guidance on when and how to refer them to appropriate support services. We encourage you to explore these resources and utilize them as valuable tools in your efforts to support the mental health needs of our students. Together, we can make a positive difference in their lives.

Staff Wellbeing Charter
The Senior Leadership Team and Governing Body are fully committed to promoting and fostering positive well-being for pupils and staff across Park Brow Primary School.

A happy and healthy workforce is vital for the success of our pupils. The culture of a school therefore is critical in ensuring that staff have an enjoyable, rewarding working environment in which all colleagues believe the demands of their job are reasonable and manageable.

The Wellbeing Charter demonstrates our commitment and offer to staff, and ensures that levels of stress and anxiety are reduced as low as possible in the organisation.

The Charter clearly sets out our collective approach for day to day delivery and how we work together, providing a framework that covers the key challenges we face as a profession. The charter also underpins our determination to ensure that our school is a great place to work.
